The chicken salad recipe is very famous Bangladeshi recipe. This chicken salad recipe is a different type of famous and delicious salad recipe.  You could make this recipe as a special item for your guest or while you are going to arrange any family program.  

 

Ingredients you needed to make this recipe:

  • You need 1-2 chopped cucumbers. You would chop those into small pieces.
  • Carrot needed ¼ cups.
  • You need ½ cups of chopped tomato.
  • Chopped onions needed 2 tablespoons.
  • You need half cup of corn. Black paper needed ¼ tablespoon.
  • You need 1 pinch Salt.
  • You need mayonnaise 2 table spoons.

 

For chicken you need:

  • You need 1 -1/2 cups of boneless chicken.
  • 2 teaspoon of ginger paste.
  • You need half teaspoon of garlic paste.
  • You need ¼ teaspoon of black paper.
  • Con-flour needed 2 tablespoon.
  • Coriander powder needed 1 teaspoon.
  • You need 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
  • You need ½ teaspoon of soya sauce.
  • Tasting salt needed ¼ teaspoon.
  • You need 1 teaspoon of dried mint.
  • Lemon juice needed 1 teaspoon.
  •    You need 1 tablespoon of flour.
  • You need one egg.
  • You need salt. You would use it according to need.
  • You need 1 tablespoon of butter for frying.
  • You also need 2 tablespoon of oil for frying.

 

Now we would see the method of cooking this chicken Salad recipe:

  • At first you would mix the chopped cucumber, corns, black papers, chopped tomatoes and chopped carrots in a bowl with a spoon or any other way you feel comfort.
  • Then you would add mayonnaise or yogurt and mix those properly. After mixing those properly you would put the bowl in the refrigerator and wait until it becomes cold.
  • Now in another pot you would put the chicken pieces. Then you would add garlic paste, red chili powder, vinegar, black powder, cornstarch, coriander powder, vinegar, tasting salt, dried mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, flour and egg. You would mix them properly. Then you would cover the pot and keep it in a cool place for 120 minutes.
  • After keeping it 120 minutes you would heat oil and butter together. Then you would fry the chicken pieces together. You would keep them frying until they turns into brown. You must soak them into the tissue paper.
  • After soaking 5 minutes you would add the chicken in the salad and then you would add chopped opinions and smidgen of salt. You mix them properly.
  • You should not mix too much salt in it because the mayonnaise is salty.
  • Now our chicken salad is ready. Now it’s time to serving.
