Midnight Magic Cake Recipe (Chocolate Cake Recipe)

Midnight Magic Cake Recipe (Chocolate Cake Recipe)

 

Ingredients:

10.4 ounces flour
8 ounces sugar
8 ounces butter
4 ounces milk
8 ounces melted chocolate
2 table spoon coco powder
1 tea spoon baking powder
½ tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
4 egg

 

Dressing:
1 cup melted chocolate
3/4 cup cream
2 tea spoon butter
2 table spoon icing sugar
1 table spoon blended sugar
Temperature of oven(200 C or 392 F set before the procedure start)

 

Method:

First, put egg, sugar, butter and vanilla essence into the blender. Blend it for 3 to 4 min. Then pour into Bowl. Now take dry things in a plate (flour, baking powder, baking soda, coco powder) filter all things together. Take a wooden spoon for mixing. Add slowly n gradually dry things make sure that your hand move in one direction. Add melted chocolate and milk in the mixture. Now take a pan of approximately 7 to 8 inch grease it with oil or butter. Cut the butter paper according to the size of the base of pan and

Sprinkle the dry flour in the pan. Pour mixture in the pan, and tap the pan 3 to 4 times so that air bubbles can out from the cake. Put the pan in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes. When the mixture raise prick the fork in the middle to check that cake is ready or not. Switch off the oven and left the pan in the oven for 5 min. After 5 min. take out from oven and cool the cake at room temperature. Separate the sides of pan with knife so that the cake pull out. Cut the cake in two half for dressing. Prepare the dressing first add melted chocolate, icing sugar, blend sugar then butter and in the last cream. Beat it well so that cream become fluffy. Cover the cake with dressing make sure that sides will also cover with chocolate. At the top sprinkle, some hard crush chocolate pieces. Set the cake and then put it into the fridge.

 

PRECAUTIONS:

Always use wooden spoon
Melt chocolate with double boil method. Do not melt directly
Cool the cake at room temperature not in refrigerator
Always set the oven 15 min. before you start to bake
Add cream in last when you prepare dressing
When baking start check the cake with knife or fork
