2 potatoes cut into cubes
Medium red onion cut julienne
1 Crushed garlic clove
1 Chicken broth cube
1 cup milk
1 cup and half water
0.25 tsp salt – black pepper – cumin – paprika – basil powder
Large tablespoon butter
Large tablespoon oil

How to Preparation
Heat a butter spoon with oil in a pan and add the onion for 3 minutes.
Then add the potatoes and crushed garlic clove.
Add all the spices and stir the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Add the water, the chicken broth cube, and salt then cooked the potatoes on a very low heat.
After it becomes well cooked. Start beat the potatoes with the mixer until it becomes creamy mashed potatoes then add it to the pan again and keep it on a low heat.
Add the milk and let it boil again.
