Red Lentil with Vegetables Salad Recipe

Regime Red Lentil Salad Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2 cups boiled lintel.
1 cup medium green pepper, minced.
1 medium carrot, minced.
2 medium tomato heads, minced.
¼ parsley bunch finely minced.
3 ribs of green onion, finely minced.

 

Dressing ingredients:

3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried mint
3 tbsp. olive oil

 

Preparation:

1-Drain the lintel and put all the salad ingredients into serving plate
2-In a small pot, mix the dressing ingredients that would be added to the salad before eating
3-Divide the salad into 4 servings and serve cold

Advice: if the lintel wasn’t boiled then start boiling ¾ cup and go on with the preparation of the dish.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
cooking time: 20 minutes
