Spinach Salad Recipe

 

Mediterranean Healthy Spinach Salad Recipe: Is easy and healthy recipe which contains many vitamins, and you can serve as a main dish for the dinner, or beside the grilled chicken, or BBQ meat.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Spinach Salad Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Half a kilo of spinach

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Teaspoon black pepper

1 Large tomato

1 Medium onion

1 Large Cucumber

Salt (Optional)

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

Lemon

Yogurt (Optional)

 

Method:

In a small bowl, whisk together the 1 tablespoon soy sauce, teaspoon black pepper, salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon and Yogurt (Optional).

In a large bowl, after you chop the Vegetables such as; spinach, tomato, onion, Cucumber, add the mixture and stir to coat by two spoons.
