Stuffed Grape Leaves with Lemon Juice and Olive Oil Recipe (Stuffed Grape Leaves Recipe) or Stuffed Vine Leaves Recipe is kind of appetizer. It is one of famous recipe in the Mediterranean countries, especially in (Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Jordan). Also It is healthy and tasty recipe. It served beside the BBQ beef, or grilled chicken, and it is suitable for vegetarian taste.
Quantity: 1 kilogram
Time: 60 minutes
1 ½ cup of rice
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of cubes tomatoes
1 cup of Chopped parsley
Salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin to taste
½ cup of Olive oil
-Wash Grape leaves well, and boils until tender.
– Rinse the rice, and then soaked with lukewarm water for half an hour, and drain the rice, you can now mix the rice with parsley, tomatoes, olive oil, also the spices.
– Add half the amount of lemon juice.
-Put a few of the stuffing “Teaspoon” in each of Grape leaves and wrap like a small fingers.
– Put your stuffed Grape leaves in a stockpot, add the water also the rest of lemon juice and put a dish on it because that will keep the shape for the stuffed Grape leaves.
– Start to cook your stuffed Grape leaves and use a medium heat for 35 minutes, and then serve.
