Ingredients:

  1. 1 large onion, cut into small pieces
  2. 2 celery sticks, chopped
  3.  2 pieces of carrot, cut into small pieces
  4. 4 Tablespoon olive oil
  5.  1/2 kilo tomato juice
  6. 1 tablespoon sauce tomato
  7. Salt and black pepper, as desired
  8.  2 tablespoon butter
  9. 4 Dried cloves
  10. 2 large, multi-use flour
  11. 1/2 Cup fresh Cream

 

How to Prepare Healthy Tomato Soup Recipe at Home

Preparation:

1- sauté Frying onions with celery and carrots in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

2-Add tomato juice and tomato paste.
