It is a different way to prepare the coffee, In Middle East are famous in the preparation this type of coffee, and method of preparation is very easy also does not take a lot of time, Roasted and then finely ground coffee beans, add a sugar, coffee, and cold water in a pot (Cezve) till boil, not all people like to drink the Turkish coffee with sugar, and served in a cup where the grounds are allowed to settle .There are three types of coffee, If you try to stay in a café to drink a Turkish coffee, The second question will be what kind of Turkish coffee do you prefer?

– Free of sugar coffee

– Extra sugar coffee

– Less sugar coffee

 

Events that offer coffee:

– Guests, and friends.

– A condolences they offer Sugarless Turkish Coffee , and in this case You must finish the cup of coffee, because if you don’t drink your cup, that means you do not feel sad for the death of this person, also you do not share the family their sorrows.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 tablespoon of extra finely ground coffee (powder consistency)
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom, or 1 cardamom pod
sugar (optional)
Preparation:

Bring water and sugar to a boil in pot (Cezve), If you do not have a pot (Cezve), a small saucepan will work. Remove from heat and add coffee and cardamom.Return saucepan to heat and allow to come to a boil. Remove from heat when coffee foams.Again, return to heat, allowing to foam and remove from heat.Pour into cup, and allow to sit for a few minutes for the grounds to settle to the bottom of the cup. Cardamom pod may be served in cup for added flavor.

 

Turkish Coffee Tips

Turkish coffee not always be served with foam on top, because there are some people prefer boiled, if you have a guest should served with foam.
If you can’t find finely ground Arabic coffee, you can buy a bag of coffee at any coffeehouse, and ask them to grind it for Turkish coffee. You need to have a powder-like consistency.
Do not stir after pouring into cups; the foam will collapse.
Always use cold water.
