Homemade Healthy Apricot Jam Recipe

How to make apricot jam



2 Kg of washed and chopped apricots
1½ Kg of sugar
3 Tablespoons of lemon juice



  • Bring the electric mixer and put the apricots in it after washing them well and blend it until it becomes a thick juice.
  • Use a strainer and strain the juice, then add sugar and lemon juice to the apricot juice.
  • Put the juice over medium heat with constant stirring to dissolve sugar and leaves to boil for 40 minutes.
  • When it cools, pour it into an airtight glass jar and put it in the fridge.
