Khoshaf Recipe in Ramadan Month (Dried Fruit Salad Recipe

Khoshaf is one of the famous recipe in Rmadan. Today we are going to show you how to make Khoshaf in simple steps that you can easily prepare this recipe at your home, and you get amazing taste by using different dried fruit (Khoshaf recipe).



Half a cup of dried dates

Half a cup of dried apricots

Half a cup of prunes

Half a cup of dried figs

Two cups of water

One cup of sugar

Half a cup of Qamar al-Din

 One cup of different kinds of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds)

Quarter cup of ground coconut



Bring a medium-sized deep bowl and add the water then sugar.

Wash the dates start to cut into medium-sized pieces and remove the date seeds, then add the dates to the bowl also put the ground coconut to the bowl.

Start to cut the dried apricots into medium pieces, as well as cut the figs, prunes, Qamar al-Din, walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds.

Add all of them to the bowl.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, then serve it in small and deep plates.
