How to make a cauliflower omelette
Ingredients:
½ Head of boiled cauliflower
6 Tablespoons flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup chopped green onion
1 Cup chopped parsley
1 Teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup milk
¼ Cup of green pepper
Method:
- In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the milk, knead them, then add the beaten eggs.
- Add green onions, boiled cauliflower, parsley and green pepper to the flour and eggs.
- Add bicarbonate of soda, salt and pepper, then mix the ingredients well.
- In a deep frying pan, heat the oil until it boils, then take a portion of the dough using a spoon and fry it in the form of a small round pancake, repeat the steps until the quantity runs out.
- Serve it hot.
