Cauliflower Omelette Recipe

Spicy Cauliflower Eggs with Parsley Recipe

How to make a cauliflower omelette

 

Ingredients:

½ Head of boiled cauliflower
6 Tablespoons flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup chopped green onion
1 Cup chopped parsley
1 Teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup milk
¼ Cup of green pepper

 

Method:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the milk, knead them, then add the beaten eggs.
  2. Add green onions, boiled cauliflower, parsley and green pepper to the flour and eggs.
  3. Add bicarbonate of soda, salt and pepper, then mix the ingredients well.
  4. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil until it boils, then take a portion of the dough using a spoon and fry it in the form of a small round pancake, repeat the steps until the quantity runs out.
  5. Serve it hot.
