Ingredients:

Half a piece of cabbage, whether green or red, finely shredded raw cabbage

2 Carrots, finely grated

Half a cup of mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons white sugar

One and a half tablespoons of lemon juice

One Tablespoon white vinegar

¼ Teaspoon kosher salt

Quarter teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Method:

  • Put the cabbage and carrots in a suitable bowl after cutting them and set them aside.
  • Add mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, and whisk together until completely combined.
  • Add the mixture to the cabbage and stir until well combined.
  • Leave it for at least two hours in the refrigerator before serving.
