How to make potatoes with spices and hot sauce
Half a kilo of potatoes, peeled and cut into fingers
3 cups of water
¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Half a teaspoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon liquid hot sauce, to taste
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon of starch
- Mix all the spices together and add water to form a liquid paste like béchamel.
- Boil the potatoes and drain them, then put them in the spices, stir well and leave for half an hour until the ingredients are mixed with the potatoes.
- Put the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the potatoes until they take a golden color, then serve.
