How to Make Dates Drink with Milk

 

Ingredients:
A cup of chopped dates.
A cup of warm water.
A tablespoon of pomegranate molasses.
a glass of cold milk

 

Method:
Soak dates in a quantity of warm water for an hour.
Add the dates with the dates soaked water in the blender and add the pomegranate molasses to it.
Put the milk and mix the ingredients well until we get the date juice with milk.
Put it in the fridge to cool down, and pour into cups and serve for breakfast.
