Arabic Foul
Ingredients:
1 beans can
1 pack of fresh coriander
1 small onion, minced
5 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes
1 tsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. olive oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cumin
7 Samoli bread loafs, or pita bread, or yufka bread.
Egyptian Small Fava Beans Dish
Preparation:
- In a pot over heat, fry the onion and garlic with some oil the add tomatoes, tomato paste and fresh minced coriander then add the can of beans. Mix all over heat for some time. Add salt and cumin.
- Put the beans mixture in Samoli bread loafs and serve.
Suggestions:
Serve with pickles and orange juice.
