
How to make falafel fatteh
Ingredients:
6 Fried falafel, halved
3 Arabic bread
1 Eggplant
1 Potato
1 Cup chickpeas
½ Cup chopped parsley
Yogurt mixture:
2 Cups of yogurt
3 Tablespoons tahini
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon crushed garlic
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
3 Tablespoons olive oil
Quarter of a teaspoon of chili
Method:
- Cut the eggplant into cubes, then put a little salt and fry in oil.
- Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, then add a little salt and fry in the oil.
- Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in oil.
- Prepare the yogurt mixture by combining its ingredients together until you have a thick mixture.
- In a serving dish, put a layer of fried bread, then potatoes, eggplant and chickpeas.
- Add falafel and yogurt sauce and garnish with parsley.
