Fattoush salad
How to make fattoush salad
Ingredients:
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped arugula
1/2 Cup Sliced radish
2 Cucumbers and slices
1/2 Chopped lettuce
1/2 Chopped green onion
1/2 Cup chopped mint
1 Cup chopped parsley
1/2 Cup chopped purslane
2 Loaves of Arabic bread, cubed and toasted
3 Tablespoons olive oil
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of sumac
Salt
3 Garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons pomegranate molasses sauce (optional)
Method:
- Mix all the vegetables together, then add sumac to the salad.
- Prepare the salad dressing: finely chop the garlic, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pomegranate molasses sauce , and put them on the fattoush salad and mix well.
- Put the toasted bread cubes on the vegetables, stir well, then serve the fattoush salad.
