How to make pasta with chicken sausage and cream
1 kg. of Boiled Macaroni (pasta)
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 Kilo chicken sausage, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon chili
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 Cups heavy cream (Cooking Cream)
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1/4 Cup green onions for garnish
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Put the shredded chicken sausage in the hot oil and stir until done.
Add the onion and garlic to the sausage, stir and leave it on the fire for 10 minutes.
Put the cream, salt, chili and black pepper on the sausage, stir, then reduce the temperature and leave for 8-10 minutes.
Put the boiled hot pasta on the sausage mixture, stir gently until mixed, then leave it on a low heat to heat up.
Put the hot pasta in a serving dish, sprinkle with green onions, and serve hot with green salad.
