Ingredients
3 cups of water
2 tablespoons of black tea
4 teaspoons sugar, or as desired
6 cloves of cardamom
4 cloves
1 cup evaporated milk
4 slices fresh ginger
1 tablespoon crushed anise
1 tablespoon dried rose
Method:
- Put the tea with sugar and all the spices, ginger, rose and water and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
- Add the milk, add the mixture and serve hot.
