Meat with Onions Recipe

Muqalqal Gulf Recipe with Beaf & Onion

How to make a recipe for meat with onions

 

Ingredients:

1 Kilo of meat, cut into strips or small cubes
4 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 Large onions sliced
3 Bell peppers, sliced

 

Method:

We use a large wide skillet and put it on a medium heat, add the vegetable oil and onions, and stir-fry the onions for 5 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and stir until it wilts, then add the meat and season with salt and black pepper.

Stir the ingredients until the meat is cooked and serve hot with Arabic bread or rice.

 

NB:
If you want to get the Spicy meat with onions, you can add chopped green peppers when you stir-fry the onions.
