How to Make Eggs Omelette
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup milk
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
A tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper
- In a large bowl, place eggs, milk, cheddar, salt, black pepper, and parsley and mix well.
- Put the pan on medium heat, then add the butter, eggs, and leave for 2 minutes until it hardens from the bottom.
- Flip the omelette to the other side, and let it rest for 2 minutes, until it hardens.
- Put the omelette in a serving dish and serve hot with slices of bread.
