One medium onion chopped
cup sliced mushroom can (250 g)
Two tablespoon of butter
Half teaspoon salt and black pepper, to taste
Orzo (250 g)
Liter of chicken broth
Half of cumin
Put a bowl over the medium heat, we will heat one tablespoon of butter and we will add the chopped onion, then the mushrooms, we will fry them, when they are dry, we will add black pepper and salt, and set aside.
Bring a saucepan to fry the orzo with one tablespoon of butter, then put it over the medium heat. Stir the orzo well when it is getting golden.
Cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes and serve the soup hot.
Note: If there is no broth, we can add a chicken bouillon cube
