Ingredients
One kilo pasta
One cup sliced mushrooms
One and a half tablespoons (tbsp) white flour
Three tablespoons (tbsp) broth
Parsley (to taste)
One and a half tablespoons (tbsp) oil
Two medium onions sliced
Pasta preparation
We bring a large bowl, put the pasta in it, then cover the pasta with water, add a tablespoon of oil and a teaspoon of salt, and leave the pot on the fire until the pasta is cooked
Remove the pasta from the boiling water, and leave it in a colander until the boiling water is completely removed

We bring a frying pan, put a little oil in it, leave it on the fire until the oil heats up, then add the mushroom slices to it, and stir until the mushrooms become brown
We prepare a serving plate, put the pasta in it, pour the white sauce, mushrooms and parsley on top, then serve
