How to Make Pasta with sausage and tomatoes
One kilo of boiled spaghetti
Half a kilo of sausage, chopped
½ Cup minced onion
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 Cups broth
3 Tablespoons tomato sauce
250gm Boiled vegetables (carrots, peas, mushrooms, zucchini)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
½ Cup chopped tomatoes
A teaspoon of sugar
- Sauté the sausage with oil, onions and garlic, stir well and add the tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes.
- Put the sugar, salt and black pepper and stir well, then add a little broth and leave the mixture until the tomato sauce becomes a little thick.
- Add boiled vegetables and boiled pasta to the sausage and leave it on a medium heat for 10 minutes, then serve hot.
