How to Make Pickled Mushrooms Recipe
1/2 Kilo of fresh mushrooms
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 Cup olive oil
4 Cups of water
1 Tablespoon thyme
2 Washed chili pepper
1/4 Cup finely chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon of dill
2 Bay leaves
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
Wash the mushrooms well, then put a saucepan on medium heat and add water with lemon juice until boiling.
Add the mushrooms, let it boil for 5-10 minutes, then strain the Mushrooms.
Put a saucepan on the fire, then put water, vinegar, bay leaf, black pepper, garlic, dill and onions to green and let them boil for 10 minutes.
We use an airtight jar and put mushrooms with chili pepper, then cover with water with vinegar, bay leaf, black pepper, garlic, dill and onions for green.
Add olive oil and leave to cool, then cover and put it in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 3 days until it matures.
Note: Pickled mushrooms can be left in the refrigerator for a month.
