Crunchy Potato Chips Recipe at Home

How to make potato chips


3 Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Cup of starch
Frying oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
A quarter cup of white vinegar
A quarter of a spoonful of turmeric



  1. Potatoes are placed in a quantity of hot water for 5 minutes, then placed in cold water, vinegar and salt are added to it, and the potatoes are left in cold water for an hour.
  2. Drain the potatoes, spread them on the tray, put the starch and black pepper on them, and stir all the ingredients together until the starch covers all the potatoes.
  3. Heat the oil to fry the potatoes and add the turmeric to give the potatoes a golden yellow color.
  4. Potatoes are placed in oil, fried and served.
