How to make potato chips
3 Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Cup of starch
Salt and black pepper to taste
A quarter cup of white vinegar
A quarter of a spoonful of turmeric
- Potatoes are placed in a quantity of hot water for 5 minutes, then placed in cold water, vinegar and salt are added to it, and the potatoes are left in cold water for an hour.
- Drain the potatoes, spread them on the tray, put the starch and black pepper on them, and stir all the ingredients together until the starch covers all the potatoes.
- Heat the oil to fry the potatoes and add the turmeric to give the potatoes a golden yellow color.
- Potatoes are placed in oil, fried and served.
