
Ingredients:
A quarter of a cup of milk.
A cup of cooking cream.
A teaspoon of white vinegar.
Method:
- Mix milk and vinegar and leave for ten minutes.
- The cream is placed in a jar and the milk and vinegar mixture is added to it.
- Mix everything well, close the jar and leave for 24 hours at room temperature.
- Place in the refrigerator and serve cold.
