How to Make Spaghetti without Cooking Cream Recipe
1 Kilo boiled spaghetti (pasta)
4 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons cornstarch or white flour
3 Cups of full fat liquid milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Cup mushroom
1 Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons dried thyme
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the onions and mushrooms, and stir over the heat for 5 minutes, then add the flour and stir.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until lumps are removed.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper and thyme and stir continuously until the mixture boils and thickens.
- Add the pasta to the saucepan and stir over a low heat for about 5 minutes, then pour the pasta into a serving dish.
