One can of corn
A cup and a half of pastry flour

Sift flour with salt, pepper and baking powder into a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, mix eggs and lemon juice with milk, then add cheese and parsley, green thyme and mix. Add the flour mixture and turn gently from the bottom to the top, then add the corn grains and mix gently.
Put vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and heat it over a fire. Then form the fritters using a large spoon and fry in the oil.
Take out the fritters after they are golden, and crispy then serve as warm appetizers.
