Homemade Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

A cupcake is made to serve one person and which may be baked in a thin small paper cup. Learn how to Prepare a wonderful yummy cupcakes! It takes only few time but the taste will be forever!

 

DIY Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

 

The Ingredients

-One and half of cups of granulated sugar.

-One and half cups of all-purpose flour.

– Three quarters of tsp baking powder.

-Three quarters of tsp salt.

-Three quarter of cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

-Two large eggs.

– One and half of tsp baking soda.

-Three quarters of cup buttermilk.

– Three quarter of cups of warm water.

– One tsp vanilla extract.

– One quarter of cup of vegetable oil.

 

Chocolate Buttercream

-Third quarter cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

– One tsp vanilla extract.

– One and half cups butter softened.

– Three or four cups of powdered sugar.

 

How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Directions

Note that recipe makes 24 cupcakes as a result you may have to cook it in batches unless you have two muffin tins.

  1. Heat the oven into 320 degree and line a muffin tin to the cupcake liners.
  2. Slowly mix sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, flour, and coca until you get a well-combined mixture.
  3. Add buttermilk, eggs, oil, warm water, and vanilla.
  4. Mix them slowly in few minutes until it becomes smooth and soft.
  5. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to make sure everything got mixed in well.
  6. Fill each cupcake in two third full not completely.
  7. In the oven, bake it for 23 minutes till the cupcake meet the toothpick test (please check the note below).
  8. Empty from tins and let them cool totally.
  9. In a big bowl make the frosting.
  10. Mix butter till fluffy using a hand mixer.
  11. Add vanilla and cocoa powder, then beat until being well-combined.
  12. Mix powdered sugar, one cup at a time and mixing between.
  13. Put the frosting to a piping bag and then pipe into a complete cooled cupcakes.

Note:

 Use toothpick test stick to be sure the cupcakes are finished, when a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
