Thousand Island Sauce
1 Cup mayonnaise
5 Tablespoons ketchup
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
¼ Teaspoon paprika
¼ Cup pickled cucumber, cut into small pieces
3 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 Tablespoon cream
2 Tablespoons orange juice
- In a large bowl, put all ingredients except for the pickled cucumber and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
- Add the pickled cucumber pieces, then stir well. Put the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving.
