Moroccan Tea Recipe

Maghrebi Mint Tea Recipe

How to Prepare Moroccan Tea

 

Ingredients:

Fresh green mint.
2 cups of water.
A tablespoon of green tea.
sugar (to taste).

 

Method:

Wash the mint well before use and set it aside.

Put the water in a stove top kettle and then put it on a medium heat until it boils.

Add green tea to boiling water and leave it for five minutes on the stove.

Add sugar and green mint to the stove top kettle.

Add some fresh green mint leaves in each cup, then pour the green tea into the cups and serve with biscuits or cake.

 

Note: Green tea can be made by adding the lemon and honey instead of sugar and mint.
