Egyptian Beans Sandwich Recipe

This is an Egyptian recipe where Egyptians or others miss it wherever they go. They are so talented in making the beans sandwiches and here is the recipe of making beans sandwich for 7 persons and share your experience with us!



1 beans can
1 pack of fresh coriander
1 small onion, minced
5 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes
1 tsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. olive oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cumin
7 Samoli bread loafs



  1. In a pot over heat, fry the onion and garlic with some oil the add tomatoes, tomato paste and fresh minced coriander then add the can of beans. Mix all over heat for some time. Add salt and cumin.
  2. Put the beans mixture in Samoli bread loafs and serve.



Serve with pickles and orange juice.
