Homemade Cinnamon with Ginger and Lemon Recipe for Weight Loss

How to make a drink of cinnamon, ginger and lemon for weight loss

 

Ingredients:

Two slices of fresh ginger
Fresh cinnamon stick or a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Half a lemon
1 Cup of water

 

Method:

  • Put the water in a pot over medium heat.
  • Then add ginger and cinnamon.
  • Let it boil for 15 minutes on a low heat.
  • Pour the drink into a glass and add lemon juice.
