2 Cups hot water
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Put the water in a saucepan over a medium heat until it boils.
- Add a tablespoon of white vinegar to the water.
- Bring another bowl, then crack the eggs inside the bowl, then place them over the water and cover.
- Leave the egg to fry and rise to the top.
- Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper before serving.
