How to Make Green Coffee
4 teaspoons of ground green coffee
3 cups of water
A teaspoon of cardamom
Quarter of a teaspoon of saffron
¼ teaspoon ground mastic
- Bring a stove top kettle and add water, green coffee, cardamom, saffron, and mastic.
- Put the stove top kettle over a low heat and leave it to boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the coffee into cups and serve with dates.
