
How to Make White Bean Salad with Basil for Diet
Ingredients
1 Cup boiled white beans
¼ Cup chopped tomatoes
¼ Cup of chopped onions
2 Tablespoons dried basil
1 Tablespoon of white vinegar
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼ Teaspoon ground cumin
¼ Teaspoon ground coriander
¼ Cup chopped green bell pepper
Method:
Use a deep bowl to mix all the ingredients and season with vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin and coriander and serve the white bean salad cold.
