How to make arugula salad with pomegranate molasses
One cup chopped arugula
½ onion chopped
1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup chopped beets
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
¼ cup sliced orange
8 pieces of white cheese
- In a bowl, add the arugula, onions, walnuts, beets, and orange pieces, and stir well.
- In another dish, stir lemon juice with salt, pomegranate molasses and olive oil until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the salad, mix well, and pour into a serving dish.
- Garnish with some slices of white cheese and serve immediately.
