Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms & Parsley Recipe

How to Make Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms Recipe



3 Eggs
3 Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
3 Tablespoons of liquid milk
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons mozzarella cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)



In a medium bowl, place eggs, milk, salt and black pepper, and whisk well.

Put the frying pan on a medium heat, then add one tablespoon of butter, mushrooms and parsley, and stir until the mushrooms turn brown, then set them aside.

Put the oil and the rest of the butter with the mushrooms and parsley and leave them until the butter melts.

Put the fry pan on a low heat, then add the eggs and mozzarella cheese to the fry pan with the mushrooms, and leave for two minutes, until the cheese melts, then flip it on the other side.

Put the eggs in a serving dish, and serve hot.
