
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon minced shallot and onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Paprika, to taste
Method:
– Boiling the eggs for 15 minutes, and start to peel the eggs. Bring a sharp knife, and start to slice each egg in half.
– Remove all the yolks and put them in a bowl.
– Using a fork to mash up the yolks then add the rest of ingredients except the paprika and mix with yolks well.
Bring a piping bag and fill with the yolks mixture. Start to add the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
