How to Make Eggs with Pastirma

 

Ingredients:

3 Eggs
6 Pastirma slices, cut into cubes
Tablespoon butter
Salt and black pepper (to taste)

 

Method:

  • Put the butter in the fry pan over a medium heat, then add the Pastirma pieces, and stir until it changes color.
  • Add eggs, salt and black pepper, and stir until combined.
  • Put the eggs in a serving dish and serve hot, or you can make sandwiches with eggs and Pastirma.
