How to Make Orange Jam with Carrot at Home



4 Kilos of oranges, peeled and cut into cubes
A kilo of grated carrots
A kilo of sugar
One tablespoon of lemon juice



1- We prepare a deep bowl and put sugar on the sliced oranges and peeled carrots, stir them and leave them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

2- We prepare a pot on the fire, put the oranges in it, and leave it on a medium heat, stirring and constantly removing the white foam until the foam disappears completely, then add the lemon juice, then reduce the heat and leave it on the fire until the consistency becomes thick.

3- We leave the jam to cool down, prepare a dry and clean glass jar, put the jam in it, and put the jar in the refrigerator until needed.
