
Mixed Vegetable Juice
Ingredients:
Quarter cup of chopped lettuce
3 cloves garlic
2 chopped tomatoes
One green bell pepper, chopped
One red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped carrots
tablespoon minced parsley
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
teaspoon chopped green thyme
Two teaspoons of lemon juice
Half a cup of cold water
Method:
- In the bowl of the electric mixer, put the lettuce, garlic, tomatoes, green peppers and red peppers.
- Add the celery, carrots, parsley, green thyme, lemon juice and mix the ingredients well until you get a smooth mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper and continue to mix for 3 minutes.
- Put the juice in the refrigerator until it cools, then pour it into glasses and serve.
