Ingredients:
One cup of sliced apples
One cup of chopped lettuce
Four tablespoons of orange juice
One a cup of strawberries, sliced
Quarter cup of chopped walnuts
Half cup of labneh (strained yogurt)
Pinch of salt and black pepper (as desired)
One tablespoon of olive oil
One tablespoon of grape vinegar
Method
In a deep glass bowl add salt, black pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of grape vinegar, and 4 tablespoon of orange juice then mix the ingredients well.
Add walnut, sliced apples, chopped lettuce, strawberries, and strained yogurt and mix them well and serve cool.
