Simple Banana Drink with Yogurt & Honey - Smoothie Recipe

How to prepare healthy banana smoothie

Ingredients:

3 Large bananas
3 Tablespoons honey or sugar
2 Cups of yogurt
1/2 Cup cold milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla (to taste)
Ice cubes (to taste)

Method:

  • Put honey, milk and yogurt in the electric mixer, and mix them well.
  • Peel the banana and add it to the mixture, and add the vanilla, then mix them too.
  • Add ice cubes to the mixture, and mix it.
  • The banana smoothie is served cold, you can cut the banana slices for garnish, or grate the chocolate on the face of the cups for garnish.
