
How to prepare healthy banana smoothie
Ingredients:
3 Large bananas
3 Tablespoons honey or sugar
2 Cups of yogurt
1/2 Cup cold milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla (to taste)
Ice cubes (to taste)
Method:
