How to Make Zucchini Balls
2 Cups boiled and chopped zucchini
½ cup of chopped green onion
4 Tablespoons flour
1 Teaspoon salt
½ Teaspoon of black pepper
½ Cup of chopped parsley
½ Cup chopped dill
Vegetable oil for frying
- Mix the eggs with the rest of the other ingredients zucchini, onion, flour, parsley, dill, salt, black pepper, cinnamon.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- Make the mixture into flat slices, then heat the oil in a frying pan, and fry the pieces in it and leave them until the pieces become golden on top.
- Served with Hummus and bread.
