
How to make garlic mayonnaise
Ingredients:
One egg
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of crushed garlic
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon ground white pepper
Method:
1 – Beat the egg well, then add salt, sugar, lemon juice, white pepper and garlic to it while continuing to beat.
2- Gradually add the oil while whisking until you get a thick mixture.
3- Keep garlic mayonnaise in an airtight jar in the fridge.
Second recipe to make garlic mayonnaise recipe without eggs:
Ingredients:
Cup of vegetable oil
Half a cup of whole milk
Pinch of salt and black pepper
A tablespoon of vinegar
1 Tablespoon of crushed garlic
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
Method:
1- Put the milk in the electric mixer, then add the vinegar, salt, mashed garlic and garlic powder to it and mix them well.
2-Then add the oil gradually while continuing to mix until it becomes a thick consistency and is ready for use.
