Homemade Sugarcane Molasses Syrup Recipe

How to make molasses at home



6 cups of fresh, well-drained sugarcane juice.
A wide saucepan has a high rim.



  • Put the sugar cane juice in the saucepan over a high heat and bring it to a boil. We reduce the heat and leave the cane juice on a low heat until the water evaporates and the consistency of the juice becomes thick and the color changes to the degree we want.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and leave the molasses syrup to cool and use it in the recipes prepared with it, or keep it in a dry, clean and tightly lid jar.
