
Ingredients:
2 Cups chopped arugula
Onion, sliced
Cup chopped figs
Cup White cheese
Quarter cup of walnut
Slices of bread
For dressing:
4 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons of mustard
2 Spoons honey
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Method:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper, stir well and set aside.
- Wash the watercress well and chop it, then chop the onions, figs and white cheese and set it aside.
- In a serving dish, put first the bread slices, then the watercress, the cheese, and then the onion wings, then the figs, and walnut.
- Then pour the seasoning we prepared on the salad.
