Syrian Ballourie Recipe
500 g Fresh Kunafe dough
4 cups pistachio with syrup
5 cups syrup and oil
-Spread half of the dough in a circular tray with diameter of 25 cm and cover it all.
-Spread over the dough the pistachio with syrup to cover all the Kunafe dough.
-End with putting the remaining quantity of Kunafe over the pistachio and press to stick all together (you can add another tray with loads over it all night).
-Spread the oil over the tray and put in the oven with 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
-Get the tray out of the oven and drain from oil then add the syrup and last leave to get cold.
-Cut into cubes and serve the dessert with tea.
